Insurance Coverage: Coverage varies by insurance plan. As a courtesy, we will verify your benefits prior to your first appointment whenever possible. However, benefit verification is not a guarantee of payment, and patients are ultimately responsible for understanding their insurance coverage

Referrals & Prescriptions: Some insurance plans require a physician referral or prescription for occupational therapy services. Our team is happy to help determine your plan's requirements before your visit.

Custom Orthosis & Splinting | Starting at $60.00 (price varies based on material and complexity)

We accept cash, checks, major credit cards, and HSA/FSA cards. Payment is due at the time services are rendered.

Copayments, coinsurance, deductibles, and charges for non-covered services are the patient's responsibility and are due at the time of service. Patients with an outstanding balance may be required to pay the balance in full before additional therapy services can be provided. 

We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice or missed without notice may be subject to a $50.00 cancellation fee.
